Omerta e-liquids are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities and exported to more than 25 countries worldwide. Our e-liquids meet all the necessary specifications, based on the applicable legal framework of each country we export.

The raw materials for our recipes are sourced from the best international suppliers and our e-liquids have all the legal certifications. This allows us to adapt immediately to all new regulations imposed by the countries in which we already operate, as well as those we plan to enter.

The European, International and State regulations, concerning the restrictive directives for vaping products, are constantly changing and, in most cases, they are becoming stricter. For this reason, our Legal Department monitors international developments and immediately gives instructions for any changes required in the certification process of e-liquids for each country.

For example, one of the changes we had to deal with recently, was the new law on e-liquids in Germany. Now, all liquids must bear a special tax stamp (for a fee), provided by the State. Therefore, we have adjusted our production to include this new stage in the bottling process and provide e-liquids fully in line with the new legislation. Although we are an e-liquid producer not based in Germany, we were one of the first to adapt to the new regulations.

Our vision is to create e-liquids that meet the needs of consumers and offer them an enjoyable vaping experience at the best possible quality, always following all legal procedures and respecting the legislative framework in each country. This means that we are informed directly about the respective regulatory framework in the countries we export and we consider its existence absolutely legitimate, as it protects both us, producers, and consumers. The existence of a legal framework is a safeguard for the quality of e-liquids and we are absolutely in favor of its implementation.
