The first step is to provide us the flavor descriptions that you are interested in, the more detailed the better.  Our team of experienced chefs will start working as soon as possible and with access to several hundreds of available aromas, they can create virtually any flavor combination you can imagine.  Just point us to the right direction and let us exceed your expectations!

When we are confident that the test samples have reached the desired level of quality, it’s time to send them to the client.  At least 2-3 test versions of each flavor are provided in order to maximize the possibility of success from the first attempt. In the rare case where none of the samples is 100% satisfactory, we receive feedback, adjust accordingly and repeat the procedure until our customer is fully satisfied with the result.

Our special team can take care of all the essential legal procedures that need to take place before a new vaping-related product is released.  They will gladly create the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) that need to accompany the liquids, register the products in the EU-CEG platform or perform any other local registrations, depending on the country, create unique barcodes and UFI numbers for every new product and add or necessary legal information on the label so it is CLP and TPD compliant.

The concept art is sometimes as important as the content of the product itself.  A suitable name, label design and printing material are always important for the customers and the proper focus should be given to create a visually attractive series of products.  Our graphic design team is always ready to implement your concept ideas or create something of their own imagination and expertise, always after consulting with the client and their particular needs.

Diamond Labs only uses top quality first materials from all around the world in order to ensure that the final product will be absolutely satisfactory even to the most demanding users.  Our flavor suppliers are considered the cream of the crop in their field worldwide and the bases we use (Vegetable Glycerin and Propylene Glycol) are always and unconditionally more that 99.98% pure.  The bottles we use are original Chubby Gorilla but other options are available if requested.

During and after production, multiple checks are performed to be 100% certain that no issues were encountered and the product meets the very high standards we always set for ourselves.  Afterwards, everything is carefully packed and shipped.  During the same day, our client received the commercial invoice of their order along with the delivery note and waybill document so that they can track the shipment.
